*We stop taking orders on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday after 5pm, those order will be process on next business day.
Change of mind of pick-up date or product?
In case of a change of mind regarding your order, we allow modifications with a 2-day notice through our order platforms. Please ensure to include the following details when requesting changes:
Order name: [Your order name or reference number]
Change of the date: [New desired date]
Change of the product/s: [List of products to be modified or replaced]
What are the payment options?
At present, our accepted payment methods include cash and bank transfer.
Please note that payments are to be settled upon pick-up of your order. For bank transfers, we kindly request that you provide a screenshot of the transaction as a record of payment.
This will help us ensure a smooth and accurate processing of your order.
When is the pick up/ delivery?

Do I have to bring my own ice pack?
No. For customers who purchase the Towel Roll, we are delighted to offer a complimentary recyclable ice pack.
We can go green together by re-using the ice pack.
How to store after pick up the product?
Towel Roll and Chiffon Cake: To ensure their freshness and quality, please store them in the fridge. Starting from the pick-up date, we recommend consuming these delightful treats within 4 days.
Do you have any gluten-free options?
Yes. For pre-order, we have gluten-free option for all Mochi Towel Roll for an extra buck.
When/Where is the next pop-up sales?
The next pop-up sales event will be announced on our social media pages. We encourage you to stay tuned and follow us on our social media platforms.
If you have a preferred location or any ideas for where we should have a pop-up sales event, please feel free to share it with us.

As we have moved to Salisbury North and we still adapting the new environment etc. Our order date will be different, we are now only doing Saturday orders. We will start taking orders for other days as soon as we can.
